Staff and Supplier Access Terms

1. Your invitation and role

These Terms govern access through an invitation from a customer organisation (the "Operator"). The platform is operated by MSK GUESTBOOK LIMITED, company number 17262129, of 66-68 Inverness Terrace, London, England, W2 3LB. Your access is limited to the properties, tasks and information assigned to your role by the Operator. An invitation does not make you an administrator or authorise you to contract for or on behalf of an Operator organisation. Contact info@mskguestbook.com with questions about access.

2. Confidentiality and data handling

Keep your credentials confidential and do not share them with anyone else. Use available security controls including any multi-factor authentication offered. Promptly report a suspected compromise of your credentials to the Operator and to info@mskguestbook.com. Access information only for your authorised work. 3. Supplier requests and transactions

Where supplier functions are enabled in the platform, carefully check the following before confirming an order or request:

• The identity of the ordering organisation
• Specification and quantity
• Price and applicable taxes
• Delivery details
• Applicable supplier terms

If anything is unclear, do not confirm the order until you have verified the details with the Operator.

4. Misuse, ending access and disputes

The Acceptable Use Policy applies to all your use of the platform. Access may be restricted or ended proportionately for misuse, security reasons, legal requirements, or expiry of your invitation.
