These are website terms for public visitors. They do not replace the B2B Platform Terms and Data Processing Agreement that apply to paying subscribers, nor a property's own accommodation terms for its guests.
The website explains our hospitality software and provides product information, demonstrations and resources. Check the current product description and your agreed order for the features available to you.
A feature marked planned, coming soon, preview or beta is not a promise that it will be available by a particular date. Illustrative screens and sample data do not represent your property, a customer's results or a guarantee of outcomes. We aim to keep information accurate and correct identified errors through our content review process.
Requesting a demonstration, downloading a resource, sending an enquiry or registering interest does not itself open a paid account, confirm service availability or create a subscription.
A subscription is governed by the separately presented Platform Terms, applicable order or subscription confirmation, and Data Processing Agreement. The price, scope and any binding commitments must be agreed through that process. Accommodation bookings and property services are governed by the relevant provider's terms.
We or our licensors own the website's branding, text, designs, images and other materials unless stated otherwise. You may read the content, link to our public pages and retain reasonable copies for your own internal evaluation of the service, with attribution and existing notices intact.
