Acceptable Use Policy
1. Scope
This Policy applies to use of MSK Guestbook by customers, guests, staff, suppliers and other authorised users. It forms part of the Business Platform Terms, Guest Portal Terms, Staff and Supplier Access Terms, and Website Terms of Use. Questions and reports: info@mskguestbook.com.
2. Prohibited conduct
Content and conduct
You must not use the service to commit fraud, facilitate unlawful conduct, misrepresent a booking or identity, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or publish or transmit unlawful threats, harassment, discrimination, sexual exploitation or other unlawful content.
Access and security
Do not access an account, property, reservation, document or system without permission; bypass access controls; enumerate guest codes; probe or scan the service without prior written authorisation from MSK; disrupt availability; or evade reasonable security or usage restrictions.
Data and privacy
Do not scrape private or protected data, share accounts contrary to assigned permissions, or use information obtained through the service to make unlawful discriminatory decisions about any person.
3. Reporting and investigation
Report suspected misuse or a security vulnerability to info@mskguestbook.com with "Security incident" in the subject line. Please include: the affected page or reference, the time and date, and a description of the issue. Do not include passwords or sensitive personal information in an initial report. MSK investigates reports appropriately and treats them in confidence.
4. Proportionate action and review
Depending on the severity and risk of the conduct, MSK may warn a user, request correction, remove or restrict particular content, limit an affected function, suspend compromised access or terminate access. Action is proportionate to the circumstances. Ask for review at info@mskguestbook.com. Nothing in this Policy prevents MSK from acting immediately where necessary to protect the security or integrity of the service or the safety of users.
